Can tap
water be used to fill the Panasept Purifier?
No. Tap water may contain viruses and other pollutants that
plug the purifier and may affect the comfort and safe operation
of the Panasept system. |
Can
bottled drinking water be used with the Panasept Purifier?
Yes. Bottled drinking water that has been treated by either
distillation or reverse osmosis with ozonation may safely
be used. |
A small amount of solution
remains at the bottom of the Purifier tank. Should this
solution be discarded before I make a new batch?
Yes. Simply discard the remaining solution and make a new
batch as directed in "Instructions for Use" sheet. |
How long
will the Panasept Purifier last?
The Purifier is designed to last one year.
When purchasing your next years supply you will receive
a new purifier. |
What if Panasept does not
work for me?
Please return the complete kit (minus the
1 or 2 envelopes used to try the product) to the eye care
professional you purchased it from, for a full refund. |

How should
the Purifier be stored for airplane travel?
Enclose purifier in an air tight bag. |
How should
the Purifier be stored if it will not be used for more than
14days?
The solution in the storage tank should be discarded and the
white filter cap should be pumped to remove the solution within
it. The storage tank should then be reattached to the white
filter cap then stored in a clean dry place. |
My contact lenses
are custom made so I would like to make them last as long
as possible. Should I use additional cleaning solutions with
my lenses?
For these types of lenses Panasept works best with the weekly
use of surface cleaning products. Check with your eye care
professional for advice as to which would be the best one
for you. |
