Keep “Instructions for Use” sheet with Panasept Envelopes for future reference.
Panasept Solution Preparation:
Step 1. Tear open one Panasept Envelope and empty entire contents into Purifier storage tank. Step 2. Fill Purifier tank to the neck with either distilled or ozonated bottled water, and re-attach white cap to the tank. Step 3. Shake Purifier to accelerate dissolving of the crystals. Step 4. The Purifier is ready for use when the crystals have been completely dissolved.
Note: Use only Panasept components for the preparation of Panasept solution. Do not use Panasept Envelope contents beyond expiration date. Never use Panasept solution without pumping it through the Purifier as serious eye damage may result.
Panasept Purifier Operation:
Slide blue spout outward, press the white cap downward to expel solution. Push blue spout back into the locked position when not in use.
Note: Make a new batch of Panasept solution every 14 days. Discard any remaining solution prior to making a new batch. Refill the Purifier as directed above for continued operation. Before storing Purifier for extended periods of time (beyond fourteen days), discard solution within the storage tank and pump the solution remaining within the filter unit by repeatedly pressing downward on the top of the white cap.
Warning: Do not touch spout with any unclean object as this may contaminate the solution.
Daily Lens Care:
Wash hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses. Step 1. Apply several drops of solution from the Panasept Purifier to lens and rub each surface for at least 10 seconds. Step 2. Thoroughly rinse both surfaces of lens with solution from the Panasept Purifier. Step 3. Place lenses into the appropriate wells of the lens case, fill them with solution from the Panasept Purifier. Store lenses for a minimum of 6 hours for full disinfection. Step 4. Rinse lenses with solution from the Purifier prior to insertion into eyes. Discard the solution within the lens case and allow it to air-dry.
Contact lenses may be stored up to 48 hours in Panasept solution. After 48 hours, empty the case and repeat steps 1-3 for Daily Lens Care. A Concentrated Daily Contact Lens Cleaner, suitable for soft contact lenses, must be used prior to storing contact lenses in Panasept solution if any of the following situations are encountered: a) a lens develops surface deposits, b) lenses have been used while swimming. Follow Steps 2-4 of the Daily Lens Care instructions after using the concentrated cleaner.
Warning: Never persist in wearing an irritating contact lens. Discontinue contact lens wear if redness, irritation or blurred vision is experienced. Contact your physician or eye care practitioner immediately if symptoms persist. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage: Store Panasept Envelopes in a cool dry place 15 C – 25 C
